 At progrock.co.uk, because we only charge shipping and handling costs per order, the order will only be sent when all items are in stock and available to send. This is why we always ask you to consider this when placing orders - it may be best to place separate orders if you wish to receive items as they become available. Release dates for pre-orders can change, and also getting more stock for new releases is becoming more of an issue.
If you have already placed an order with us and you would now like to split it, you can do so by paying an additional shipping cost.
To do this, simply add this item to your basket and go to the checkout. This item has no value so you will only be charged shipping. Please enter the order number of the order you would like to split in the 'Special instructions' box, or email us separately at info@progrock.co.uk.
Alternatively, another way would be to place a new order for 'in stock' items, and we will send any other available items from your already placed order at the same time. Please add a note in the 'Special instructions' box to ask for this to be done.
