More information: Into The Sun is the long-awaited second album by the Cheshire-based melodic progressive rock band Sonic Tapestry. It's an impressive well produced album, a mix of neo-prog and melodic rock, with symphonic touches, a sprinkling of prog-metal when needed, and an underlying, accessible mainstream rock ambience.
The band played a superb live set at the 2024 Prog For Peart Festival in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, UK on July 13th and were considered by many to be the band of the weekend.
