More information: Following the release of This Winter Machine's 'A Tower of Clocks' the whole band split from singer Al Winter to form a new band. They recruited Charlie Bramald (Nova Cascade) on vocals and flute, forming 'new' band Ghost Of The Machine.
The band's debut album is a statement of Prog intent, musically similar to This Winter Machine but an all round stronger performance and material, particularly on the opening track, the 17 minute epic 'Scissors' and the final track 'Scissors (reprise)'.
