More information: When The Flower Kings played their very first show on August 20th, 1993, in Sweden, they likely had no idea they were about to make progressive rock history. With 17 studio albums, countless live records, worldwide tours, and festival appearances, the band has built a legacy matched by few - proving themselves pioneers in the rebirth of prog rock.

The line-up features three original members - Roine Stolt, Hasse Fröberg, and Michael Stolt, alongside relative newcomers Mirko DeMaio and Lalle Larsson. Together, they have crafted an album that captures the true spirit of what progressive rock was always meant to be: a creative revolution, free from the constraints of commercial hit formulas. Channeling the golden age of the late '60s and early '70s, 'LOVE' is brimming with vintage vibes, epic compositions, and a rich blend of influences – from classical and jazz to electronic music and film soundtracks.

On "LOVE", The Flower Kings deliver over 70 minutes of sonic exploration across 12 tracks, ranging from sprawling 12-minute epics to concise 3-minute gems. The album weaves common themes into a cohesive whole, best experienced as a single, immersive journey. Listeners will recognise the band’s signature balance: accessible melodies paired with moments of experimental flair, wild guitar solos, and virtuosic synth work reminiscent of their earliest records.

With renewed confidence and creativity, The Flower Kings prove once again why they remain the royalty of progressive rock.

This is the limited CD in a 6-panel digipak with 20-page booklet edition.
