More information: Trilogy, ELP’s 3rd studio album, was released in 1972 and reached U.K. album charts No.2 / U.S. No.5. Released after extensive global touring, Trilogy was a bubbling cauldron of creativity, the group’s most comfortable and laid-back recording, with Greg Lake’s singing at its best.

Eight very solid, classical-rock numbers including Aaron Copland's ‘Hoedown’ – to become the band's signature tune, and hit single ballad ‘From the Beginning’. 24/96 HD 2015 remaster of the original 1972 album plus the 2015 Jakko M. Jakszyk stereo mix. Also an alternative version of ‘From the Beginning’ and 1972 live version of ‘Hoedown’.

Booklet contains extensive liner notes, with new band interviews, by legendary rock journalist Chris Welch. The audio was mastered by world-renowned rock studio engineer Andy Pearce.
